Summary

Pete Hegseth, nominated by Trump as Secretary of Defense, is a polarizing figure with minimal managerial experience and a controversial worldview shaped by far-right ideology.

Through his books, Hegseth outlines beliefs steeped in conspiracy theories, disdain for diversity and gender integration in the military, and a militarized view of domestic politics.

He advocates purging military leaders aligned with Democratic administrations, opposes the “rules of war,” and equates the American left with wartime enemies.

Critics warn his extremist rhetoric and combative philosophy could endanger civil liberties and exacerbate political polarization.

“promote”? we’re in a thread about a rapist president appointing (“”““promoting”” LOL ) rapists to cabinet positions.

do you think roving bands of rapist trump magas ARE NOT going to go door to door looking for women/girls to rape? because, please tell me: what’s going to stop them? other than a fucking shotgun blast in the face

i hope you’re right, but i don’t think you are

I don’t think you’re right, and I’m honestly a little concerned about your mental state.

There are still states, counties, and municipalities. There is law enforcement at all those levels, and they’re traditionally against roving rapist bands.

Bruh I live in oklahoma. Admittedly our second largest city did just elect a democrat, but outside of that every level of my state is pro trump to a terrifying degree. Police officers here fly trump flags on their cars. And in my local town just a couple years ago an officer got put on paid leave for raping a 13(?) year old boy.
