I do agree with you that the judge is going through with due process tho, and my guess is that’s so AJ has no fallback challenges he can bring up at a later date.
The court was clear on what the trustee could do, and they had a long keash on this. IMO the Onion will win and AJ will lose.
He has the right to have the assets sold at a reasonable value to fulfill the monetary judgement.

The court gave the trustee wide latitude in deciding how the auction ran, what the rules were and who would be chosen to ‘win’.
Most studies show that between 2-5% of any demographic misuses/abuses a system. Those are pretty low numbers in the big scheme of things.
The problem is when we look at the flip side … 95-98% of people follow a system’s rules, yet almost every system we have chooses to police everyone like they’re part of the 2-5% … unless they’re rich.
