It’s a twofer slur that makes fun of people with Downs Syndrome by calling them people from Mongolia. Just all around nasty stuff best left in the more socially backwards times from whence it came.

Cacazoid, negroid, and mongoloid are still used in combat medical situations to quickly describe a body that has been disfigured. The term used for Down’s syndrome sucks, but I still feel like it’s a reach to make it racist.
