Have to wonder if this is an issue of demographic cohort, or just age. Millennials are old enough to have an idea of how much they actually need.

“there friends” would be like… friends that are somewhere else. As opposed to “here friends”, I guess
I thought it was, but Wikipedia says there isn’t actually a connection!
If something is called “[Nationality] [Food]” or similar, it’s probably not related to that nationality.
New York Fries isn’t from New York.
Boston Pizza is not from Boston.
Hawaiian pizza is not Hawaiian.
French fries aren’t French.
I find both acceptable, but s.n.e.s to be too complicated. Somehow, “Super Nintendo” rolls off the tongue for me.
There’s also “snezz” and “Super N.E.S.”, Along with all the other permutations of pronouncing NES, lol
PS3 era, though that’s pretty much on the edge of what retro gaming would be.
My PS3 mostly became a Rock Band machine, so I didn’t play most of the other big games of the generation. I also associate the console with the poorest reliability of any console I’d ever had, the longest loading times, and the longest startup times. (Needing to download updates before you could play your game)
I had tons of great gaming memories with the console, even outside of Rock Band, but I just don’t have nostalgia for the era (outside of the golden era of Western-developed Rhythm games).
Visit the monarchy: Expensive, once-in-a-lifetime experience
Visit God: Literally dead.
Just don’t use it for mass mailing external addresses. That’ll get you on a blacklist faster than you’d think.
What do you mean by this?
Especially the half that didn’t vote
I got a new phone number once, and I tried to link it to my Amazon and AirBnB accounts.
Amazon basically said “you need to delete your old account if you can’t log in to delink your phone number”. The guy who used to have my number didn’t figure out what was happening, so his Amazon account got deleted.
AirBnB sent a OTP for his account to my phone number and let me log into his account with nothing but that.
