1·2 days agoIt’s not about the needs of users any more. Hasn’t been for a long time. It’s all about how can we leverage our monopoly to squeeze the maximum revenue out of users. Sadly, most people just don’t care so they get what they deserve.

They never want to be popular by actually helping people. They’re popular by spreading hate and fear. If you’re a member of a group that they consider “inferior”, you’re very much a target.
