For appointments it’s a non-starter for sure. For other “low level” positions I think it’s worth it to make a stink. Lying to the public is one thing but lying in court is another. The more they appear in court the more they get caught in lies and get disbarred or worse.

I agree that white America needs to step it up but non-white America is gonna feel the hurt a lot worse. Waiting for us to “come around” could take decades if ever. Enjoy the holidays, not much you can change right now, and then get ready to work. That goes for everybody!

Took me a while but I learned one of my managers is highly likely to shoot down any idea that isn’t his. So during planning sessions I started describing partial ideas and pretending I didn’t know how to solve the last leg of the problem so he could jump in and say, “Oh, what if we did…” Still kind of pisses me off I have to feign ignorance but since I started doing that things have gone way smoother.

I kind of feel like all this spawned from some hot trans-girl turning down one of these shitstains and they’ve never let it go.
